Our MyChart app and website lets you securely access parts of your health record with us, giving you more control over your care.

MyChart is part of our Epic electronic patient record system, and is for your healthcare with our hospital and community services.

Using MyChart on your mobile, tablet or computer, you can:

find test results and letters in one, easy place
get more time in appointments by telling us what we need to know beforehand
save time travelling by having a video appointment
keep your medical information up to date
share your health record with your GP
support your friends and family with proxy access
